If you or your kids love to get out and play—pretty much anything
this neighborhood is hard to beat.

Within just a few blocks you’ll find:
·       Free tennis courts
·       Soccer fields
·       Basketball courts
·       Baseball fields
·       A skate park
·       Bike paths
·       And plenty of gorgeous tree-lined promenades overlooking the Hudson River for long or lazy walks

Not as sporty as you used to be? No problem.

Hundreds of park benches line the river—perfect for sitting back and watching the boats go by.

Families will appreciate that we’re in District 3, serving the Upper West Side from 59th to 122nd Street, with well-regarded schools like P.S. 84, the Manhattan School for Children (P.S. 333), and The Computer School (MS 245).

Want to get your hands in the dirt instead? Join one of our two community gardens—one right across the street in Joan of Arc Park and another inside Riverside Park at 91st Street.

Got little ones? You’re covered with two fantastic playgrounds—Hippo Playground (93rd st.)  and Dinosaur Playground (97th st.).

And come winter, the hill behind Hippo is a neighborhood sledding favorite.

Dog owners (and dogs!) are spoiled, too—we’re smack between two popular dog runs (at 87th and 105th).

Culture lovers? Symphony Space and the Leonard Nimoy Thalia are just two blocks away on Broadway, offering music, readings, films, theater, and dance. And let’s just say, we can’t wait for the beautiful historic Metro Theater to reopen!

Transportation couldn’t be easier—we’re two blocks from the 96th Street express subway stop (with the 1,2,3 lines), four blocks from the A,B, C trains, and the M5 bus, which zigzags its way through Manhattan, stops directly across the street.

And as for food—let’s just say everything you can imagine is nearby. Plus, Whole Foods (Columbus and 97th St.) and Trader Joe’s (Columbus and 93rd St.) are both within easy reach.
